Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Form 990 is reviewed by the Chairman of the Board, prior to filing. The form 990 is reviewed by the Audit Committee and the manager following filing.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The Personnel Committee has the responsibility for reviewing the annual report on executive and staff compensation for review by the entire Board. Third party compensation is compiled from numerous sources and used to evaluate current staff earnings and recommend adjustments.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The credit union makes its governing documents and financial statements available to the public upon request. Financial Statements are also posted in the main office.
