Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	credit union is a cooperative of membership. We do not have stockholders. Just board of directors who are volunteers and are members of the credit union.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Annual meetings are held whereby members have an opportunity to vote for board of directors who are volunteers and who are also members of the credit union.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Credit union daily operations are managed by paid management employees who report directly to the board of directors. Any decisions which could impact the credit union greatly, for example, a merger, has to be approved by 2/3 of the membership.
