	The TANE Telecom & Technology Symposium Northeast was held in March, and 150 people attended the 3 day event. The Symposium had three user groups and had a total attendance of 110. We had 38 exhibitors at the showcase and held numerous educational tracks on telecom industry education and training, including technology and safety.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	TANE has both Active and Associate members. Active members are the wireline telephone companies in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts. Associate members are suppliers that provide products and services to the Active Members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	TANE is governed by a Board of Directors made up of representatives from our Active Members (up to 11 members, currently have 7 members) and Associate members (1 member). The Active member representatives on the Board of Directors are appointed by the State Telephone Associations they represent on the TANE Board of Directors.
