28 Fundraising Programs: Organized and participated in a 5K run on the Al Buehler Cross Country Trail on Duke campus with all proceeds going to the North Carolina Autism Society; our group advertised the event for several weeks, designed and sold t-shirts, and participated in the run to raise money for the society.

Explanation:
The filing is late because the treasurer at the time was not aware that the individual chapter was required to file the 990EZ form. Our chapter leadership became aware of our requirement and failure to file the December 31, 2014 Form only upon receiving a notice form the IRS dated June 27, 2016. This notice gave a response deadline of no later than July 27, 2016. However, it was not until late August/early September, that our chapter president was able to check our chapter post office box for the first time, as it is located at our University and we are students. Once the notice was brought to our attention, our chapter has worked with the previous leadership to gather the financial records necessary to complete this first time filing, in a timely manner.
