Title holding corporation for exempt organization college fraternity which provides dormitory housing for 16 (or more) fraternity member-students while they attend the university. The fraternity house wiil be used by the entire membership of over 60 students. The old fraternity house was demolished and the land sold during October 2006. Construction of a new fraternity house began in 2016 and is expected to be completed during 2017. The chapter has a national fund-raising campaign for construction funding.
