Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	The Chamber's dues-paying members include individuals, businesses, and organizations located within the region. The main source of revenue has been from dues-paying members of the Chamber.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	The Chamber operates under the direction of a 25-member Board of Directors. Fifteen of the Board members are elected by the membership of the Chamber, and each of these Board members serves a three-year term, the expiration of such terms expiring on a staggered basis. Six members are appointed to serve a one-year term. The three remaining Board members are elected officers, who also serve as members of the Executive Board. The Board members receive no compensation for their services.
