Pt VI, Line 11b	The draft 990 is presented to the board at the monthly board meeting for review and discussion is opened to questions and comments by board members. After questions and concerns presented by the board of directors were addressed, the executive director met with the Treasurer with the specific purpose of reviewing the tax return and approving it for filing .
Pt VI, Line 12c	The organization describes the conflict of interest policy in in documents such as the bylaws, the board member handbood and the new member handbook. The policy is reviewed at least annually and/or whenever a new board member is elected.
