Form 990-EZ, Part V, Line 34	The new club bylayws provide fewer restrictions and greater flexibiltiy to clubs than the previous version, along with simplified language and greater global applicability, making them more relevant to both traditional and nontraditional clubs. No material changes were made to the stated purpose, membership qualifications or basic operations of the club. The new bylaws inumerated six mandatory policies as follows 1 Club Dues and Fees 2 Members in Good Standing 3 Officers and Directors 4 Officers and Directors Terms 5 Officers and Directors Election Process and 6 Annual Finanical Review. All except number 6 were inumerated in the old bylaws but were not called Policies. Policy number 6 was added to the new bylaws to specifically state that an annual financial review will be performed and who will perform the review.
