Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b	The governing body, in certain cases, come up with a proposal. This proposal (resolution) is then presented to the general membership for vote and approval.

The Form 990 is available to the public, upon request. There are no other documents that have been made available, nor have there been any request for any documents.
