Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The Corporation is organized only for the exempt purposes described in Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the 'Code'), and specifically for the purpose of bidding for and promoting and presenting National Football League Super Bowls to be contested in the State of Arizona, and with respect to the foregoing, in the best interests of the local community and businesses.

	On February 1, 2015, the Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee successfully hosted NFL Super Bowl XLIX at University of Phoenix Stadium. The gross economic impact during the nine day period of activities was estimated at $719M. Over 200 events were hosted around the metro area during the week leading up to the event. Attendance at Super Bowl Central was over 1.015M. A total of $4B in investment was made since 2008. 65 CEOs attended a three day program representing companies with an aggregate value of over $1.5T. Over $2M in grants were generated benefitting 27 nonprofits across Arizona. Volunteers supported 53 community service projects during the year leading up to the event. 11,323 volunteers registered along with 350 registered business service providers. 62% of the businesses that participated were women and minority owned. The metropolitan Phoenix region hotel occupancy reached a record 96% on Super Bowl Saturday.

In addition, directors and board members are asked to complete a relationship survey annually. When the Host Committee becomes aware of exceptions to the conflict of interest policy, they are investigated and can and have resulted in termination of employment.
