What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? TO PROMOTE THE COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY OF THE CITY OF KAPOLEI AND THE STATE OF HAWAII AND REPRESENT AND ADVOCATE THE INTEREST OF MERCHANTS, BUSINESS OWNERS AND INDUSTRIES OF THE KAPOLEI COMMUNITY AND THE STATE OF HAWAII.
