	Midway Airlines' Terminal Consortium ("MATCO") was established by certain Midway airlines which are signatory airlines of the Chicago Midway Airport use agreement and facilities lease to develop and operate airline terminal equipment, systems, and facilities at Midway Airport. MATCO has the responsibility for the planning, design, procurement, installation, start-up, and operation of the airline equipment to be used at Chicago Midway Airport.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3	MATCO contracted with AvAirPros Services, Inc. for purposes of managing the design, construction, operation, installation, and maintenance of the facilities and the day-to-day management and operation of the facilities. The original contract agreement was dated October 25, 2000, and was effective through December 31, 2005. MATCO executed a two-year contract extension with AvAirPros Services in September 2005, extending its term through December 31, 2007. In July 2007, MATCO executed an additional two-year extension with AvAirPros Services, extending its term through December 31, 2009. In December 2009, MATCO executed a renewal 5-year contract effective January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2014. In March 2014, this agreement was extended for 5 years to 2019. AvAirPros Services, Inc. employs the Executive Director of MATCO and employs eight additional employees to assist in managing the operations of the facilities.
