Explanation:
Our 990 form deadline was passed due to a mistake in transition of the old treasurer to the new treasurer. We had a new treasurer transition about a month ago due to the last treasurer leaving our chapter due to personal reasons. The 990 was overlooked.. We apologize for this unforeseen mistake and we will do our best to make sure we never let this happen again. We tried to get this form in and the form 8868 as soon as we realized we made our mistake.
