Part X : FIN48 Footnote	The Association has adopted the provisions of ASC Topic 740, Income Taxes, relating to the accounting for uncertainty in income taxes. The Association files income tax returns in the U.S. federal jurisdiction. With few exceptions, management believes the Association is no longer subject to U.S. federal, state and local income tax examinations by tax authorities for years before 2011.
