Form 990, Part IX, Line 11g	Program service revenue is generated via consulting work for cooperatives and other eligible entrepreneurs. Staff provides some of this consulting work, the remainder is provided by hired consultants.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The draft IRS form 990 is initially reviewed by the Executive Director. Once he believes it to be complete, it is circulated to the Board of Directors for comment and review.
