Part X, Line 2:	The Club is a nonprofit corporation exempt for federal income taxes under the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501 (c)(7) and qualifies as a tax-exempt club under applicable statues of the state of Minnesota. In addition, the Club has been determined by the Internal Revenue Service not to be a "private foundation" within the meaning of Section 509(a) of the IRC. The Club evaluates accounting for uncertainty in income taxes and undergoes an annual analysis of its activities and various tax authorities. As of October, 31, 2015 and 2014, no amounts were recorded as a result of this analysis. The Club will recognize future accrued interest and penalties related to unrecognized tax benefits in income tax expense if incurred.
