What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Organization exists for the purpose of establishing and maintaining wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment for its members through a collective bargaining agreement with Newtown Police in CT and upholding such agreement for its members through the grievance process.In addition, the Organization supports other organizations and the surrounding community through its donations and involvement in community activities.
