Part X, Line 2:	The Club, as a not-for-profit organization, is exempt from income taxes under Section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code, except for certain items of unrelated business taxable income, including income from certain Club charges incurred and paid by non-members and investment income. The Club's accounting policy is to provide liabilities for uncertain income tax provisions when a liability is probable and estimable. Management is not aware of any violation of its tax status as an organization exempt from income taxes. The Club is no longer subject to audits by the IRS for years prior to fiscal 2012.
