Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11a	The form is prepared by an outside accountant with the assistance of the USEP Bookkeeper. Upon completion the form is reviewed by the President and the Secretary/Treasurer.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The Presidents and other Officers compensation packages are reviewed annually by the elected Executive Board. The Board looks at comparability to the members represented, other Presidents in similar locals, and business CFOs. Staff compensation packages are collectively bargained and brought to the Executive Board for ratification. During the process, data from a variety of sources is reviewed for comparability.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	USEP follows all legal requirements for making such documents available to the public. Dues paying members of USEP have full access to governing and related documents. Financial Statements are published monthly and are provided to representatives at monthly meetings.
