Pt VI, Line 11b	Extension of time to file was issued and approved. Therefore the board will review the return during a call meeting before the actual filing of the Form 990 due to prior year misappropriation of funds.
Pt XII, Line 1	Modified Cash- Revenue and related assets are recognized when received rather than when earned. Expenses are recognized when paid rather than when incurred.
Pt VI, Line 5	During the June 30, 2014 tax year audit, the external auditor requested explanation of unusual high expense variances from management. The review by management resulted in the discovery of misapppropriation of funds by an employee of the organization.
