Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The membership of the Association shall consist of Active Members, Honorary Members, Emeritus Members, Associate Members, and other such classes of members as may be designated by the Board of Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The affairs of the Association shall be managed by a Board of Directors comprised of two (2) members from each jurisdiction in the Mid-Atlantic region, plus an additional five (5) members-at-large, for a total of eleven (11) directors. The directors shall be elected by the voting members of the Association.
