Dixie Schalabugh was hired in the year ended August 31, 2014 to handle the management responsibilities as a replacement for Don Yoder due to his retirement. Under the terms of this agreement, Ms. Schalabugh received a monthly management fee equal to $26 per occupied unit per month for the year ended August 31, 2015. Don Yoder was also retained to provide assistance in management responsibilities at a rate of $325 per month for the year ended August 31, 2015. Total management fees were $18,850 and $18,616 for the years ended August 31, 2015 and 2014, respectively.
