Pt III, Line 3	The organization did not conduct its annual trade show this fiscal year, due to lack of participation by exhibitors and attendance by the public. The Board will continue to explore the opportunity for an industry related forum on an annual basis.
Pt VI, Line 2	Two members of the board of directors are brothers, John and William Comforte.
Pt VI, Line 6	The organization is composed of voting member sheet metal contractors and fabricators, along with non-voting associate members.
Pt VI, Line 7a	The general membership elects the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors elects the officers of the organization.
Pt VI, Line 8b	The Board of Directors meets monthly for 10 months out of the year. Minutes of the actions and Board decisions are recorded contemporaneously. The Board reports on its actions and decisions at the regular membership meetings. Actions of the committees are reported to the Board of Directors at the Board meetings.
