Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	Elections are held on an annual basis every February. Nominations are made, secret ballot conducted. If no opponent to any nomination, automatic approval.
Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11	Administrative and financial documentation is performed by the Organizations Treasurer. She analyzes and summarizes on a volunteer basis. Her reports are reviewed and approved by three other members of the organization. Upon approval, the documents are forward to the Commander and Adjutant for their review and approval.
