What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Promote a competitive market place for utility companies.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 More than 2,700 member households of the association receive quarterly newsletters that provide background information about important utility issues. Each newsletter encourages members to forward any ideas, suggestions, or questions about utility public policy issues to the association office. Further, each of the more than 3,600 individual USND members are invited to public meetings two times a year to engage in discussions with utility executives, regulators, and/or politicians about local and national utility issues.
