	CMCP 26th Anniversary Business Conference CMCP's annual business conference provides attorneys of color with multiple opportunities for networking in general, in addition to targeted opportunities to meet business leaders capable of providing work and to show their skills. It also includes strong legal education and professional development components.2015 was CMCP's 26th anniversary. The 26th Anniversary Business Conference, held over 2 days, was filled with opportunities to network and build business connections at all levels. CMCP provides a supportive environment in which junior attorneys get to meet senior business leaders committed to diversifying their inhouse law departments and increasing their minority attorney outside counsel legal spend, and in which in-house and law firm attorneys have opportunities to connect with people outside their normal circles leading in a number of instances to new and better jobs. In addition to the opportunities to build relationships presented throughout the entire conference, the 26th Anniversary Business Conference included the following specific opportunities: 525 attendees, 20% in-house counsel and 80% law firm attorneys.70 junior attorneys attended the No Bosses Lunch on the first day - a session designed to expand the group's networking skills, provide them with concrete ways to meet and talk with senior business leaders, and get the highest value out of the entire conference. 17 young attorneys from this group were winners of CMCP's annual "lunch with a GC" drawing, and attended the Recognition Lunch the following day with their GC partner. 35 speaking opportunities on substantive law, diversity and professional development topics in breakout and plenary sessions, and presentations about CMCP and diversity to the entire conference attendee group, plus 6 opportunities for attorneys to make welcome remarks at conference sessions. 335 preset interviews for attorneys of color from 107 law firms with 56 corporate attorneys seeking expertise in the relevant practice areas, representing 29 different companies, plus opportunities for attorneys without preset interviews to fill open interview slots and/or meet informally during the conference with this group of corporate attorneys.** Active participation throughout the conference by 83 in-house attorneys, including 18 General Counsel deeply committed to diversity and inclusion.

	CMCP Member Benefits - CMCP's 2015 Non-Conference Events and Programs CMCP holds networking events, substantive legal programs, and diversity & professional development programs throughout California, all focused on bringing together inhouse and outside counsel in an atmosphere conducive to meeting, building relationships and showing minority counsel skills. In 2015 these consisted of the following (excluding the annual business conference described under Project/Program Purpose):19 CMCPproduced substantive and networking programs with 995 attendees, providing numerous speaking opportunities, held in Oakland, East Palo Alto, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, and Irvine. 4 programs presented by CMCP in coordination with 2 member law firms, 1 in San Francisco and 3 in Los Angeles, for approximately 250 attendees, providing 10 speaking opportunities. As it has in the past, CMCP co-sponsored, and assisted in organizing, marketing and in obtaining speakers for numerous programs, totaling approximately 250 attendees, in conjunction with other legal and diversity organizations including : JAMS in Orange County Asian American Bar Association Association of Corporate Counsel, Northern California Chapter Minority Bar Coalition African American Attorneys in Downton Firms (Los Angeles) Women Lawyers of Alameda County Numerous local bar associations in Californiathereby promoting diversity and creating opportunities for its members to develop valuable business and professional relationships.In July 2015 CMCP and Kaiser, one of its most significant and active corporate members, were recipients of the National Bar Association's Pinnacle Award for Collaboration. This award is presented to collaborating entities committed to achieving change and inclusion in the legal profession.5 "Pass the Baton" receptions organized by CMCP and held in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego introduced CMCP's new Executive Director and helped ensure continued support of its mission by its members. Other strategic programs in partnership with other legal diversity organizations including (a) the Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession's Symposium in San Diego on Diversity & Inclusion in the Legal Profession, and (b) the CA State Bar Committee on Access & Fairness 14th Annual Diversity Awards, at which CMCP was the recipient of the 2014 State Bar Diversity Award.

	CMCP's Minority Lawyer Locator CMCP's maintains on its website an easy to use, readily searchable database of CMCP-member attorneys of color by member type, geography, areas of expertise and contact information. This is the largest data base of minority attorneys in California and is free to the public for search. CMCP continues to update our website and grow this database by reaching out to all CMCP's member attorneys of color to encourage them to add their information. Corporate attorneys use the Minority Lawyer Locator to find law firm attorneys of color to handle specific legal work and as potential hires into the company. Law firm lawyers use the Minority Lawyer Locator to assist in marketing and networking with CMCP member corporate attorneys. The public at large uses the Minority Lawyer Locator for the same reasons, and also to find attorneys of color with specific expertise for speaking engagements and other business-related opportunities.

	Other CMCP Programs: Job Bank -- website page on which corporations, public agencies and law firms seeking minority attorney applicants post job openings. CMCP e-newsletter published 4 times a year and distributed to an email list of 7,000+ lawyers and others in legal-related industries, with substantive law articles written by CMCP-member attorneys. On a pro-bono basis, JD Supra publishes these articles on its platform, making them available to several thousand additional readers. Regular attorney spotlights written by member attorneys profiling CMCP member minority attorneys and their accomplishments. Volunteer opportunities for CMCP-member attorneys to work on CMCP projects and/or serve on CMCP committees, all of which serve to profile the volunteer attorneys and give them opportunities to make new connections.** CMCP is considered the primary source of California minority attorney referrals and is contacted regularly for referrals from (a) corporations seeking minority law firm attorneys to work on specific matters, (b) law firms, corporations and business groups seeking speakers on substantive law issues, (c) law firms seeking minority attorneys to establish new offices in California cities or expand existing offices, and (d) diversity and bar organizations seeking minority attorney speakers.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11	The following resolution was adopted by the Board in July 2012: RESOLVED, that the organizations Form 990 will be completed annually, and will be reviewed by the Chair of the Finance Committee or the Finance Committee and approved by the reviewing party for filing with the IRS after resolving any questions or updates. Upon receipt of the foregoing approval, the Executive Director is authorized to sign and file the form with the IRS. Once filed, the Executive Director will provide a copy of the Form 990 to each member of the Board of Directors.
