What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The district management corporation was formed to improve the economic and social condtions of the Springfield Avenue Center Special Improvement District in Irvington, New Jersey by providing a safe and clean environment for the general public, businesses and property owners.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
