General explanation attachment FORM 990-EZ, PART III, PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSESCAACC was formed in Feburary 2013, and is organized for the purposes set forth in internal revenue code secction 501(c)(6) or the corresponding provision of any future United States internal revenue law. Within the context of these general purposes, the organizations specific mission shall be to promote, advance and facilitate international commerce and business between South Carolina and Asia, and to promote economic development in South Carolina. The organization will work with and build relationships with potential investors from Asia and their families to showcase the attractions of the region. FORM 990-EZ, PART V, INFORMATION REGARDING PERSONAL BENEFIT CONTRACTS:The orgainzation did not, during the year, receive any funds, directly, or indirectly, to pay premiums on a personal benefit contract.
