Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11	The 990 is prepared by our independent auditing firm. The Senior Director of Finance reviews the 990 along with the President prior to filing with the IRS. Members of the Executive Committee are provided with a copy of the 990 prior to filing.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	The Organization monitors compliance with conflict of interest policy annually. At the annual board meeting, board members are given copies of the conflict of interest policy and are asked to respond in writing to any possible conflicts.
