DURING THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2014, DSEDP DID NOT HAVE UNRELATED INCOME TO ITS TAX EXEMPT PURPOSES; THEREFORE THERE IS NO PROVISION FOR INCOME TAX IN THE ACCOMPANYING FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.THE CORPORATION ADOPTED "ACCOUNTING FOR UNCERTAINTY IN INCOME TAXES," WHICH REQUIRED THE CORPORATION TO DETERMINE WHETHER A TAX POSITION (AND THE RELATED TAX BENEFIT) IS MORE LIKELY THAN NOT TO BE SUSTAINED UPON EXAMINATION BY THE APPLICABLE TAXING AUTHORITY, BASED SOLELY ON THE TECHNICAL MERITS OF THE POSITION.
