| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a | Line 7a explanation - The Executive Board shall consist of one representative from each affiliated local union as follows: the officers of this Council, and the Business Manager or Principal Officer from each of the remaining affiliated local unions not already represented by an officer of the Council. The officers of the Council shall be nominated and elected to office from among the delegates. Election of officers shall be held every three years on the regular meeting night in January. The officers of the Council shall be elected from among the delegates to this Council and they must be a qualified building tradesmen. Elections shall be by secret ballot and simple majority shall be required for election. |

The salary shall be adjusted annually on January 1st. |
