What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To establish and operate a permanent, nonprofit mutual benefit Corporation for the mutual benefit of its members. Advance the social, economic and educational welfare of its members without regard to race, creed, color, national origin, sex, or age. To aid in the development of systems that will make for greater efficiency in all branches of public service and represented institutions.
