Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	BOTH MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEE ARE REVIEWED AND VOTED ON BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS IN A BOARD MEETING ANNUALLY. THERE HAVE NOT BEEN ANY RAISES FOR EITHER OF US IN THE LAST THREE YEARS. THERE ALSO HAS NOT BEEN ANY BONUSES GIVEN.
