Explanation:
Unfortunately due to a leadership change the responsibility for filing forms was not communicated to the incoming club officials. The club is an all volunteer organization that despite good faith efforts sometimes fails to complete filing responsibilities in a timely manner. We've since codified filing responsibilities so that this error will not happen again. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
