Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	IBEW Local Union 683 members elects its Business Manager and President who are automatiocally on the EICOLMCC Board of Trustees. The Business Manager and President selects two other union members to serve with them on the Board of Trusees. Central Ohio Chapter, NECA, Inc. hires a Manager/Secretary who is automatically on the Board of Trustees. The Columbus Division Chairman of Central Ohio Chapter, NECA, Inc. appoints three other persons representing contractors who are members of the Columbus Division of the Central Ohio Chapter, NECA, Inc. to serve on the Board of Trustees. Thus the Board of Trustees of EICOLMCC consists of four IBEW Local Union 683 members, representing labor, and four contractors respresentatives, representing managment.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11a	The form 990 is prepared by a CPA from information provided by the organization. After review by the Secretary of EICOLMCC, who is also the statuary agent, the form 990 is presented to the full Board of Trustees for their review and approval before filing.
