Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7 a b	The organizations membership is made up of property owners and business owners in the Westport district. All decisions regarding contracts, expenses, etc. are approved by the Board of Directors at their monthly board meetings or are part of the annual budget approval process.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8 a b	The Board meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month. The Secretary records the minutes and puts them in writing and they are approved at then next monthly board meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The organization makes such documents available pursuant to its written open records policy and Missouris Sunshine Law.
Form 990, Part IX, Line 11g	Expenses consist of amounts paid for Security - 727,967.52, Cleaning beautification of the district - 168, 824.51 and parking management strategy - 13,881.76
Form 990, Part IV, Section B, Line 11a	A completed draft copy of the 990 was provided to each board member with a request to review the document, ask questions, and provide any feedback they think appropriate. After a period of several weeks, all questions, inquiries and suggestions were fielded and any needed adjustments were made. At the conclusion of that process, the 990 for 2015 was filed.
