DMD is owned by Don Doctor, a Director at that time and a member of the Club. In 2015, CMC purchased golf equipment from DMD Investors for $359,436 on a 5 year note. CMC also entered into a lease agreement with DMD Investors for the golf course. The monthly lease amount is $11,355.Donald Doctor and Eric Vargosto are partners in CML Holdings, LLC. CML Holdings, LLC owns and is renovating a building in Cramer Mountain community. The Club will be leasing part of that building from CML Holdings, LLC.
