Other Part III line 28 -Annual Award Gala: This annual event helps raise funds to honor businesses and non-profit organizations that have made substantial contribution to the welfare of the Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. This celebration aims to foster a stronger alliance among the community, local businesses, non-profit organizations, and the government agencies. This event was attended by 338 local business owners, government employees and other community members.
Other Part III line 29 - Small Business Fair: This event was presented by executives from city, county, state, federal, academic entities and IRS. The topic of discussion included Access to Capital, Savvy Marketing, Exploring the Government Marketplace, Hiring Business Professionals and Staying on the Right Track and Taxes. This free all-day event was attended by 158 small business owners and entrepreneurs.
