What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE WI VET CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IS WI'S ONLY BUSINESS ORGANIZATION DEVOTED SPECIFICALLY TO SERVING VETERAN-OWNED AND VETERAN-FRIENDLY BUSINESSES. THE ORGANIZATION IDENTIFIED VET-OWNED AND VET-FRIENDLY BUSINESSES ACROSS WI AND OFFERED NETWORKING EVENTS, EDUCAITONAL EVENTS, MARKETING SERVICES AND OTHER RESOURCES IN ORDER TO SUPPORT AND GROW THEIR MEMBER BUSINESSES. THROUGH THESE ACTIONS PLUS PUBLICE ADVOCACY, THE WI VET CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IS BUILDING A VIBRANT AND DYNAMIC VETERANS BUSINESS COMMUNITY IN WI.

28 IN 2015, THE WI VETERANS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE HOSTED THREE EVENTS ATTENDED BY OVER 100 PEOPLE, WELCOMED 19 BUSINESS AND NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AS CHAMBER MEMBERS, AND OFFERED PUBLIC TESTIMONY IN FAVOR OF STATE LEGISLATION TO INCREASE OPPORTUNITIES FOR VETERAN OWNED BUSINESSES IN WI. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO WAS FEATURED IN SEVERAL STATEWIDE MEDIA OUTLETS HIGHLIGHTING THE CONTRIBUTIONS VETERANS MAKE TO WISCONSIN'S ECONOMY.
