A copy of the "as filed" 990 return is file in the "Information Available for Public Inspection" file located at the Company's administrative offices where it is available for public viewing during regular working hours. |

The audited financial statements have been presented on the modified cash basis of accounting. Consequently, certain revenues and expenses are recognized in the determination of income in different reporting periods than they would be if the financial statements were prepared in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (US GAAP). |
