What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Capital Region BOCES (Board of Cooperative Educational Services) Faculty Association pools services and resources through teacher membership to supplement programs in special education, vocational training, etc. in the school districts it serves. The Capital Region BOCES serves school districts of the Capital Region and North Country, providing technical assistance, professional development and other services related to fostering a healthy school environment, thereby contributing to the success of students.
