There shall be the classification of Associate Member which shall apply to individuals and other organizations that wish to be part of the Association and support its mission and purposes but who are unable or choose not to pay the minimum dues applicable to the above-listed membership classifications; provided, however, that any such Member that desires to become an Associate Member shall submit such request to the President who shall then submit such request to the Board of Directors or Executive Committee for consideration of approval. The Board of Directors, by unanimous vote of the Board of Directors then present, or represented at such meeting, at any legal meeting of the Board may confer honorary membership on any individual or organization for efforts of such individual or organization in furtherance of the purposes of the Association. |
