| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6 | The Corporation shall have one class of voting members, who shall consist of the Board of Directors, and one class of non-voting members, who shall be called "Sustaining Members." Voting members will affirm their desire to be a member by attending a Board meeting or voting on a Board resolution. Sustaining Members shall consist of any individual who accepts the Corporation's invitation to become a Sustaining Member by paying dues annually in the amount of $25, or such other amount as may from time to time be prescribed by the Board of Directors. Unless otherwise indicated or requested by the individual donor, the first $25 of any donation made to the Corporation each year shall be applied to the individual donor's membership dues for that year. The Corporation shall regularly solicit individuals to become Sustaining Members and shall annually acknowledge to individuals that they have become a Sustaining Member. Sustaining Members are entitled to obtain a copy of the Corporation's Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and other formal organizational documents upon request. Sustaining Members shall have no right to participate in the governance of the Corporation or elect the members of the Board of Directors. |
