    The Underwood Family Charitable Foundation was managed by William Underwood during the year ended December 31, 2015. Early in 2016, William Underwood's heath deteriorated resulting in his death on May 5, 2016. Operational responsibility for the Underwood Family Charitable Foundation was transferred to Janet Underwood soon after the death of William Underwood. Significant administrative action was required to transfer banking responsibility to Janet Underwood. Additional delays were encountered in registering for the EFTPS required payment processor resulting from the delays from the bank in transferring responsibility to Janet Underwood.
