Form 990, Part III, Line 3 Whereas the organization did not receive funding from the State Racing Commission, they did not conduct live horse racing in 2015.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 1 The Board of Directors shall appoint a minimum of five 5 Directors of the Corporation to an Executive Committee, which shall manage the operations of the Corporation between meetings of the Board of Directors. The Executive Committe shall consist of the Officers of the Corporation and any other Directors a majority of the Board of Directors shall elect. The maximum number of Directors serving on the Executive Committee shall be determined by a resolution of the Board of Directors. The President has the ability to enter into financial agreements without approval of the board. This ability is recorded in the board minutes. The remaining decisions of the organization are made in conjunction with the full boards approval as stated in the bylaws.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 There is only one class of members. Any individual who subscribes to the purposes and basic policies of the Corporation may become a member of the Corporation subject only to compliance with the provisions of the bylaws.
