Part X, Line 2:

THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE HAS ISSUED A DETERMINATION LETTER DATED SEPTEMBER 15, 1994, INDICATING THAT THE PLAN QUALIFIES UNDER SECTION 501(C)(9) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE AND, THEREFORE, IS EXEMPT FROM TAX UNDER CURRENT CODE PROVISIONS. THIS SECTION ALLOWS THE EXEMPTION FOR ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE VOLUNTARY EMPLOYEES' BENEFICIARY ASSOCIATIONS PROVIDING FOR PAYMENT OF LIFE, SICK, ACCIDENT OR OTHER BENEFITS TO THE MEMBERS OF SUCH ASSOCIATIONS OR THEIR DEPENDENTS OR DESIGNATED BENEFICIARIES. THE PLAN HAS BEEN AMENDED SINCE RECEIVING THE DETERMINATION LETTER. THE PLAN'S ADMINISTRATOR BELIEVES THAT THE PLAN IS DESIGNED AND IS CURRENTLY BEING OPERATED IN COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS OF THE IRC. ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES GENERALLY ACCEPTED IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA REQUIRE PLAN MANAGEMENT TO EVALUATE TAX POSITIONS TAKENBY THE PLAN AND RECOGNIZE A TAX LIABILITY (OR ASSET) IF THE ORGANIZATION HAS TAKEN AN UNCERTAIN POSITION THAT MORE LIKELY THAN NOT WOULD NOT BE SUSTAINED UPON EXAMINATION BY THE TAXING AUTHORITIES. AS OF MARCH 31, 2015, THERE WERE NO UNCERTAIN POSITIONS TAKEN OR EXPECTED TO BE TAKEN THAT WOULD REQUIRE RECOGNITION OF A LIABILITY (OR ASSET) OR DISCLOSURE IN THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS. THE PLAN IS SUBJECT TO ROUTINE AUDITS BY TAXING JURISDICTIONS; HOWEVER, THERE ARE CURRENTLY NO AUDITS FOR ANY TAX PERIODS IN PROGRESS. AT MARCH 31, 2015 THE PLAN IS NO LONGER SUBJECT TO INCOME TAX EXAMINATIONS FOR YEARS PRIOR TO THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED MARCH 31, 2012.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 8b	The Fund has no other committees with authority to act on behalf of the governing body.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11	The administrator sends a copy of the 990 to each of the trustees before it is filed. The chairman reviews the 990 by reading through it and verifying its accuracy. No other board member undertakes any review of the form before filing.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	When an issue or matter comes under consideration by the Board of Trustees, the person involved is required to disclose promptly to the Chairman the existence of any Business Relationship with the Fund. The Trustees determine whether a conflict of interest exists and determine an action that is fair and in the best interest of the Fund.
