This letter is in response to the delay in filing of the 990 form for the tax period ending on June 30, 2015. Due to delay with our filing for 2014 it was felt that the previous years 990 needed to be completed in order to properly complete and review this years 990 form prior to submission. This ran into the December black out period for the IRS filing after missing the December 15th deadline. This blackout period was not know but myself as the volunteer treasurer for the organization. This submission brings this organization to current for our filing and hope that a fee to our non-profit organization will not be filed on our membership. Thank you, Emily K Bowers
