Part X : FIN48 Footnote	The Club has adopted Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) 740-10, relating to accounting for uncertain tax positions. ASC 740-10 prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement process for accounting for uncertain tax positions and also provides guidance on various related matters such as derecognition, interest, penalties, and disclosures required. The Club does not have any uncertain tax positions. The Club files Form 990, Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax, and is no longer subject to U.S. federal tax examinations by tax authorities for years before 2012.
