AS A MEMBER SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION, THE MAJORITY OF INCOME IS GENERATED BY DUES. THE LOCAL UNION OPERATES A HIRING HALL, ORGANIZES WORKERS, AND NEGOTIATES COMPENSATION FOR MEMBERS OF THE LOCAL UNION.
