There were several changes in leadership over the course of the last 4-5 months. There was a change in Financial Vice Presidents in the college chapter. There were also changes in the adult leadership overseeing the chapter. A change in Financial Advisor, a change in regional coordinator for the chapter and a change in accountant. There was a miscommunication of whose responsibility it was to submit the forms.
